The Nike LeBron 12 “Dunk Force” arrives at retailers tomorrow, November 11th, 2014. Dunkman vs Dunk Force. The LeBron Dunkman aesthetic – one featuring a bevy of Electric Green, Black and Metallic Silvers has been the longest standing color palette this side of a black and red aesthetic in the LeBron line. This year, the infamous look has beed dubbed the Dunk Force as it tries to fit into all of the scientific themes set in motion to study the seemingly physics-defying athlete that King James has grown into over his illustrious twelve year career. Check out more photos of the latest installment of LeBron’s coveted Dunkman colorway and know that you can always try and secure your size early on eBay.

Nike Air Force 1 Low “Kyrie Irving” – Release Date

November 10th, 2014 by Patrick Johnson | No comments

The Nike Air Force 1 Low “Kyrie Irving” will release stateside on November 15th, 2014. Kyrie Irving is in a prime position to have his star shine bright. You’ve seen him take advantage of the spotlight before – just look at the 2013-2014 NBA All-Star game when Kyrie took home the MVP trophy playing alongside future teammate LeBron James. Nike has big plans for no.2, and to start they’re giving him his own Nike Air Force 1 Low. The shoe features a Cavs “Away” theme but strays a  bit thanks to a plentiful amount of black and an icy outsole. It’s hard to miss that Nike’s brought back the see through panels throughout the toebox and side panels too. Be sure to check out the latest Nike silhouette paying homage to Kyrie Irving and let us know if you’re feeling the return of the translucent panelling to the Air Force 1 in the comments section.

Nike Chuck Posite “Eggplant”

November 10th, 2014 by Patrick Johnson | No comments

We’re a day away from the Nike Chuck Posite arriving on store shelves, and there’s already been an unexpected celebration of the shoe’s creation, from Tony Wroten donning a pair over the weekend to the announcement that the shoe will be readily available on NIKEiD. Foamposites and Charles Barkley aren’t necessarily a match made in heaven, but the resurgence of the CB34 line gets bolstered by the look nonetheless as the shoe’s aesthetic looks more like a computer rendering of a futuristic model than an actual one destined for retailers this week. And with a Royal and Copper look available for your customization needs, today we get a look at an Eggplant colorway for the first time. You saw this coming, right? Check out a full view after the break and stay tuned for more updates right here on Sneaker News.

Nike KD 7 “Cave Purple” – Release Date

November 10th, 2014 by Patrick Johnson | No comments

The Nike KD 7 “Cave Purple” will release on November 25th, 2014. If it wasn’t for that surprising KD 7 N7 release this past weekend, we’d be here to tell you it’s been quite some time since we’ve seen Kevin Durant‘s seventh signature. Between almost losing the man to Under Armour and his current injury ailment, the narrative of KD’s year has been one nobody could have planned for, and yet Nike continues to keep our interest with some interesting colorways. Here, that 90s Raptors aesthetic hits the shoe with an added Bleached Turquoise accent that arrives on the branding. What’s the story behind all of the “Cave Purple” Nike Basketball releases though? With the LeBron 12 Instinct and that Nike Zoom Run The One, the Swoosh has proven to be a big fan of the grape/hyper crimson aesthetic. Check out more photos after the click and stay updated on more of the latest November drops with our Release Dates page.

Roger Federer Remembers The OG Air Jordan 3, Michael Jordan, and More

November 10th, 2014 by Patrick Johnson | No comments

When you’re ranked first place in all-time career earnings in the sport of tennis and have been regarded as one of the best players in the sport’s history, there isn’t too much left to conquer. Luckily for Roger Federer, his inspirations expand beyond the tennis court and to another court, as earlier this year he linked up with his childhood idol Michael Jordan to give us the Nike Zoom Vapor Tour AJ3 (it does help that the man who designed his tennis shoe also happened to bring elephant print to Mike’s third signature). The surprising return of the collaborative effort in today’s “Black/Cement” aesthetic had people lining up over the weekend. Knowing this, Roger sat down to talk about the initial release’s success, meeting Michael Jordan, and the anxiety that came with not wanting to lose a match in such a pristine pair. Be sure to check out the full interview with Roger Federer after the break and let us know if you were able to secure your “Black/Cement” Zoom Vapor Tours in the comment section.

Air Jordan Future “Midnight Navy”

November 10th, 2014 by Patrick Johnson | No comments

Forget the mesh lowtop installments. That’s a bit too far in the future for the Air Jordan Future. We’re still in the sneaker’s debut year and it seems like the Air Jordan 11-inspired lifestyle turn has been a featured player in the Jordan catalogue for much longer. Today we learn that another Jordan Future PRM is on its way, this time returning to the original woven construction in an enticing Midnight Navy while that alternate all white midsole to outsole combination adds a clean finish. No speckling here though, just an added near-wool mock up to get us right for the colder months ahead. What do you think? We’re still waiting on a stateside release date, but this Jordan Future is headed to European retailers on November 15th. Continue onward for more official photos.

Nike KD 7 “Unversity of Texas” PEs

November 10th, 2014 by Patrick Johnson | No comments

Kevin Durant might have only spent a semester or two at the University of Texas to fulfill his one-and-done requirement but he’ll be remembered as a legend on campus for the remainder of his life. That might be because he took home the Naismith College Player of the Year as only a freshman or the yearly installment of Longhorn-themed KD PEs. Here we get a fresh look at two Nike KD 7 “Texas” exclusives, and each carry over a rather familiar look. A silver pair with orange speckled accents hits one pair while the other has a colorway reminiscient of the KD 6 “NYC 66″ (note the patent leather strap here for a nice diversion from more traditional materials.) Will we see either of these shoes make it to retailers? We’ll have to wait and see. In the meantime check out a first look after the break.
