Voice Services
Information Technology Services (ITS) provides analog and digital phone services with a wide array of available features to UNCG faculty and staff.
Rates & Equipment
Rates for ITS Voice Services options, including VoIP lines, Softphones, leased Cisco phones, and purchased Cisco phones, are summarized below. Links to data sheets are provided for most products.
Note: Rates for VoIP phone lines are being reduced from $27.34 to $14.00 per month, effective October 1, 2014. Charges for the first 6 months of 2014-15 will be split between the old and new rates. No new analog lines will be offered, but monthly charges for existing analog line service will be reduced from $27.34 to $19.00 per month effective October 1, 2014.

Purchased Cisco Phones
Subscribers can also choose to purchase a Cisco IP-based handset, in which case they will incur a one-time initial purchase cost for the phone handset and only the $14.00 line rate recurring monthly line charge.
