The PHB needs to have a coffee cup bounced off of his head, just to make sure it produces the correct ringtone....

Well, you can't say that the PHB isn't helpful. Dilbert asks, and he delivers. ;)

Scott, seriously, does Dilbert EVER stand the slightest chance of ending up the hero?
Will there ever be a happy ending? Nope. We need to see this poor little fella being chastised over and over again so we can feel better about our dreadful jobs.

Dilbert, let's get out of here. Pass me the joint!

I recall one project where the schematic was so large and comlicated it was impossible to read on a computer screen, so we printed it out one page at a time, pasted them together, and hung the monster on the east side office wall and that only covered 1/4 of the thing!. Since the printing was still too small to read, we were issued magnifying glasses. After a week it was so marked up it become completely unreadable, so we simple went to the consultant who created it and hemanaged to answer all our questions. Brilliant guy. The boss was so proud of the schematic he loved showing it to clients. It became a matter of pride and of our "brilliance". Then we ran out of funds and the consultant let go and the project ground to a halt. A new consultance was brought in, the project revised so that even the boss could understand it. That damned it to lala land never to see the light of day.
