Dave is a long-time contributor to jQuery, providing extensive help on the jQuery bug tracker and in the jQuery discussion forums. As the lead of the jQuery dev team he works to ensure high quality, timely, releases of the library, organizes the planning and development efforts of the team, and generally drives the direction of the library.

Kris Borchers
Executive Director
Kris Borchers is Executive Director of the jQuery Foundation. He is also a member of the jQuery UI team where he helps with both maintaining the existing code as well as new development.

Scott González
jQuery UI Lead | Secretary | Infrastructure
Scott González is a web developer living in York, PA. As the jQuery UI Project Lead, he puts a lot of effort into keeping jQuery UI efficient, consistent, and accessible, as well as adjusting the roadmap to meet the ever-changing needs of the community. Scott also works with browser vendors and standards bodies to make the Web a better place for everyone, not just jQuery users.

Jörn Zaefferer
QUnit Lead | jQuery UI Dev Lead | Infrastructure
Jörn is a freelance web developer, consultant and trainer, based in Cologne, Germany. Jörn evolved jQuery’s testsuite into QUnit, a JavaScript unit testing framework, and maintains it. He created and maintains a number of popular plugins. As a jQuery UI development lead, he focuses on the development of new plugins, widgets and utilities.

Adam Sontag
Content Lead | Developer Relations Lead | Outreach Director
Adam J. Sontag is a New York City-based developer with Boston’s Bocoup. He’s the Developer Relations lead for jQuery and jQuery UI and co-host of the yayQuery podcast. In other words, he’s dedicated to keeping the jQuery project in sync with the community’s needs and wants.

Yehuda Katz
Standards Lead | Treasurer
Yehuda is a developer living in San Francisco, CA who maintained the web site Visual jQuery, and published the Visual jQuery Magazine. Additionally, he’s a frequent contributor to the jQuery Blog and promoter of good practices within the jQuery core. Yehuda is a member of the Ruby on Rails Core Team, and spends much of his time traveling to promote and evangelize both jQuery and Rails.

Dan Heberden

Dan is a front end engineer for Bazaarvoice. He works remotely from Portland, Oregon. As a member of the jQuery team, Dan assists with the technology needs, events, and other various needs of the project. He loves helping with open source projects and enjoys teaching others how to write great code.

Corey Frang
Infrastructure Lead
Corey is an active contributor to most of the jQuery teams and is active in the jQuery community on IRC, and Stack Overflow. He restructured the effects modules in both UI and Core, maintains the jQuery Color Animations plugin, and puppeteers the new jQuery servers. He hopes that his work will “effect” your websites positively.

Ralph is a Senior Developer at appendTo, LLC where he works with an awesome team of designers and developers delivering Front-end code for clients. Example projects include responsive web, widget development, product development, HTML5/CSS3, and much more. Ralph has been a member of the board since October 2009.

Anne-Gaelle Colom is a Senior Lecturer at the University of Westminster in London, UK. She is passionate about the use of technology in Higher Education as well as the Web and Mobile world. Anne-Gaelle joined the jQuery Mobile team in October 2011 to become the documentation lead a few months later.

Mike is a Senior Software Engineer at Behance, from Plainview, New York. He is involved in development and testing efforts across multiple jQuery projects. Mike focuses his efforts around the CSS/JS interactions and works with the standards bodies and browser vendors to move the web forward.

Alex Sexton (@SlexAxton) is a JavaScript Developer from Austin, TX and an Engineer at Stripe. He's a member of the Modernizr core team, former co-host of the yayQuery podcast and author of many open source JavaScript libraries including the Jed Toolkit, and yepnope.js. He focuses primarily on the challenges involved in creating large single-page applications, especially those that use jQuery.

A member of the jQuery Content team, Karl is actively involved in maintaining content on all jQuery sites, especially the jQuery core API site.
