Over de training
Specification by Example is de hoeksteen van elke succesvolle test- en requirementsstrategie bij Agile- en Lean-processen, zoals Scrum, Extreme Programming en Kanban.

In deze tweedaagse workshop leer je Specification by Example toe te passen om de communicatiekloof tussen stakeholders en development teams te overbruggen. Om kwaliteit vanaf het begin in te bouwen in software. En om systemen te ontwikkelen en af te leveren die doen waarvoor ze gemaakt zijn.

De workshop is bedoeld voor testers, business analisten en developers, en gebaseerd op Gojko Adzic’s boeken Specification by Example en Bridging the Communication Gap. Door begeleidde oefeningen en discussies leer je:

• hoe specificaties aan te vullen met voorbeelden om één bron van waarheid te creëren voor test en development
• hoe functionele kloven en inconsistentie tussen specificaties en tests te vermijden
• hoe specificatieworkshops te organiseren om samenwerking te bevorderen
• de goede manier om voor Agile-teams specificaties op te zetten met voorbeelden en acceptatietests
• hoe je een systeem van levende documentatie kan creëren dat verandering ondersteunt, en hoe je het proces over de lange termijn verbetert
• hoe andere teams, van kleine web start-ups tot grote gedistribueerde teams in zakenbanken, Specification by Example toepassen in hun contexten

Over de trainer/auteur
Gojko Adzic is een strategic software delivery consultant die ambitieuze softwareteams helpt om de kwaliteit van hun producten en processen te verbeteren. Hij is gespecialiseerd in Agile- en Lean-kwaliteitsverbetering, met nadruk op Agile-testing, Specification by Example en Behaviour Driven Development.

In de laatste twaalf jaar heeft hij gewerkt als developer, architect, technical director en consultant op projecten waarin handelsplatforms en -applicaties, mobiele applicaties, e-commerce, online gaming en configuration management systemen werden opgeleverd.

About the trainer/author
Gojko Adzic is a strategic software delivery consultant that helps ambitious software teams improve quality of their products and processes. He specialises in Agile and Lean quality improvement, in particular Agile testing, specification by example and behaviour driven development. Over the last twelve years, he worked as a developer, architect, technical director and consultant on projects delivering trading platforms and applications, mobile positioning applications, e-commerce, online gaming and configuration management systems.

Gojko is a frequent speaker at leading software development and testing conferences and runs the UK agile testing user group. He is the author of several books, including Specification by Example and Bridging the Communication Gap.
