The TRLN Management
Academy is an experiential learning program that is
unique in its focus on preparing mid-level library
managers to manage complex and diverse resources. In a
time of increased demand for accountability and sound
management of staff, budgets, and technology, the
Academy is a developmental opportunity that you cannot
