(I’ve tried in the past to search for people… #fail.)

LIVE NOW!

Come Hangout & Paint LIVE!

What is Hangout & Paint Live?

It’s exactly what it sounds like…

Let’s Hangout & Paint –

Together!

Online!

Periodically, I’ll host a live broadcast where I’ll paint something on camera from start to finish, or I’ll host a webinar on an art business topic.

I’ll post a downloadable line drawing and materials list here in advance of the broadcast.

When it’s time for hanging out – we’ll all meet at an online streaming/webinar/meeting site and have an evening of paint-y, giggl-y fun.

If you’d like to be part of the Hangout (and not just a lurker – it’s okay, we like lurkers), add me on Google+ and send me a message that you want to be added to the HOAP circle and I’ll do that!

If you’d like to be notified about future Hangout & Paint LIVE events – join the mailing list and I’ll send you an invite:

“Teach me to frame!” says Keith. ~ April 29th, 2014

spacer

My man Keith has been bugging me to teach him how to cut mats and frame his prints for MONTHS.

So, tonight we do that and you can come hang out and put in your 2 cents.

I’ll see if I can get Keith to manage the chat that night. spacer

We’ll be covering:

  • tools and materials needed
  • archival vs. acid-free vs. none of the above
  • measuring and cutting mats with a Logan Compact cutter
  • finishings

If you have any questions please email me.

If you would like to be added to the Hangout please add me on Google+ & message me that you’d like to join the HOAP circle.

How Do I Get an Artbook Printed? ~ March 1, 2014

spacer Due to the overwhelming technology fail and the feedback for real-time questions and answers, I’ve decided to re-do this webinar that originally aired on February 22.

If you have little to no knowledge of self-publishing then this is for you. We’ll cover:

  • bindings and formats
  • layout options
  • offset vs. digital printing
  • expectations of cost to print & retail pricing
  • UPC codes in Canada & USA

Come join us for a Hangout about self-publishing for your art business!
