1. Offer open to UK residents aged over 18, Scotland, Northern Ireland excluding Isle of Man, the Channel Islands. Employees of the Heineken Group, their agents, third parties, and any person professionally connected with this promotion and their immediate families will be eliminated from the promotion at the prize awarding stage.
2. You will be automatically entered into this draw upon the purchase of 2 x Foster’s 4 pack( 440ml) from www.tesco.com.
3. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY for Scotland and Northern Ireland only. Send your phone number, name, address and signature that you’re over 18 on a plain piece of paper to: NPN FOSTER’S Keith Lemon Laughter Party (Tesco.com), 3rd Floor, 8-10 Lower James Street, London, W1F 9EL. Only one application per stamped envelope. Applications from agents/third parties are invalid.
4. The closing date for the promotion is Tuesday 17th August 2011, 23 hrs 59.
5. Web entries are charged as per the entrant’s standard tariff.
6. Only one prize per person. Prior to the awarding of the prize the winners will be required to confirm acceptance of these terms and conditions.
7. There are 30 x prizes to the Keith Lemon Laughter Party to be won. Winners will be drawn at random under independent supervision and will be contacted by email by Monday 12 September 2011. If any winner cannot be contacted by Friday 30th September 2011, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize entitlement and award the prize to a substitute drawn at the same time as the original.
8. Each prize consists of tickets to the Keith Lemon’s Laughter Party for the winner plus 1 guest, 18 years or over (valid ID will be required at the venue), in London on Saturday 29 October 2011. The promoter will organise and pay for overnight 3* accommodation (twin only, room only basis) on the night of the event for the winner and guest only. Each winner will also receive a maximum of £50 travel allowance for them and their guest after the event upon receiving all travel or petrol receipts from the winner. Whilst at the event, the promoter will provide limited food and drink tokens to the winner and guest. All other costs and expenses are the responsibility of the winner and guest.
The winner and guest will be expected to behave in a law abiding, respectful and orderly manner at all time during the event; failure to do so may result in the cessation of your participation at any time.
9. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize. All accommodation is subject to availability at the time of booking.
10. The winners must be available on the date of event in London. No compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated. Prizes are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other goods or services. A prize cannot be transferred to any other person, unless agreed to by the Promoter. If either prize is not utilised on it will be forfeited. In the event of circumstances outside of the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equivalent value.
11. The Promoter’s decision is final in connection with all matters to do with the promotion and no correspondence can be entered into.
12. Winners may be required to participate in reasonable publicity.
13. To the fullest extent allowed by law the Promoter accepts no responsibility in respect of loss or injury as a result of the promotional participation.

16. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend this promotion due to circumstances arising outside its reasonable control. The Promoter is not responsible for any third party acts or omissions.
17. We cannot guarantee that the event will be free from disruptions, failings or cancellations. We are not liable for such disruptions, failings or cancellations unless they are caused by our negligence. Winners will be drawn at random under independent supervision and will be contacted by text message by Monday 12 September 2011 and will be driven to an online page to send in their ticket delivery details. If any winner cannot be contacted by Friday 30th September 2011, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize entitlement and award the prize to a substitute drawn at the same time as the original.

Acceptance of the rules is a condition of entry and entry instructions form part of the rules. Entry indicates acceptance of the rules.
1. Only open to residents in the UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man aged 18 or over, excluding employees of any company in the Heineken Group, Sainsbury’s and any person whom, in the Promoter’s reasonable opinion, should be exclued due to their involvement or connection with this promotion.
2. Purchase any pack of FOSTER’S in participating Sainsbury’s stores. Have your Nectar card scanned at point of purchase and your details will automatically be entered into a free prize draw. Service is at the discretion of the Sainsbury’s staff. Only one entry, per person, per day.
3. Purchases must be made personally. Purchases made through agents/third parties are invalid. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entry details lost or delayed via the Sainsbury’s scanning system.

Each prize consists of tickets to the Paddy McGuinness Saturday Night Live Autumn Tour for the winner plus 3 guests, 18 years or over (valid ID will be required at the venue), in either Nottingham on Friday 14th October 2011 or Newcastle on Saturday 15th October 2011 (to be selected by the Promoter). The prize will also include a meet and greet with Paddy McGuinness and a piece of signed merchandise. The Promoter will organise and pay for overnight 3* accommodation (twin room only basis) on the night of the show for the winner and guests only. Each winner will also receive a maximum of £50 travel allowance for them and each of their guests after the event upon the Promoter receiving all travel or petrol receipts from the winner. Whilst at the event, the Promoter will provide £20 for food and drink to the winner and each guest. All other costs and expenses are the responsibility of the winner and guest.
8. Winners will be contacted by Wednesday 31st August 2011 by telephone using their Nectar account details. If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 working days, the Promoter reserves the right to re-draw and select a new winner (and so on until a winner can be contacted who will take up the prize).
10. There is no cash or other alternative to these prizes in whole or in part. Prizes are not transferable.
11. The winner will be required to participate in all required publicity, including any presentation ceremonies.
12. The decision of the Promoter in all matters is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

The hourly cinema prize draw period is 27th June 2011 to 21st August 2011 inclusively, between the hours of 11am and 10pm each day.
