2 cups plain yogurt
1 lg cucumber diced
2 jalepeno peppers, chopped
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1/2 teaspoon salt

Preparation

1. Stir the yogurt, cucumber, jalepeno pepper, cilantro, and salt together in a bowl until evenly mixed. Set aside in refrigerator to allow the flavors to mix for 10 minutes before serving cold.
