So last night at Roberts with Karen Butler and Ron Smith was really fun and oddly star studded. When we arrived, Ron and I were hanging out back and Charlie Pride walks out of the back door at the Ryman. So we chased him down and I took a picture of Ron with him.
We actually got seats at Roberts down front and started talking to a nice older couple who happened to be Kacey Musgraves’ grandparents. And as it turns out she was sitting right next to us. Very pretty girl.
Then, they left and I start talking to this other woman who, as it turns out is Brothers Osbourne mom. I hadn’t heard of them, but I think their track “Rum” is going to go over well in the BVI.
Enjoy this mini playlist of late night!

"Ode to Satoshi"
The feels very much like snapshot of the Nashville Zeitgeist. We have music, cutting edge technology and campy nostalgia all rolled into one song.
