Be safe around WES

  • Stop, look and listen before crossing the WES tracks. Trains may be running on any track, at any time, in either direction.
  • Only cross at designated crosswalks.
  • Railroad tracks are private property. It is illegal and dangerous to trespass. If you trespass, it may cost you up to $6,250 and a year in prison.

This footage shot from the front of a WES train shows the very real dangers of trespassing on WES tracks, not using crosswalks and not looking both ways.
