Somebody should rent this commercial building designed by Kobi Karp and planned for that honker of an intersection where 36th Street meets Federal Highway and NE 2nd Avenue and three neighborhoods -Midtown, the Design District, and Edgewater - come smack together. It's the first element in that huge multi-block development planned by Terra Group and Avra Jain that will eventually be a million square feet of urban awesomeness stretching to Biscayne Boulevard.
