The peeps over at exMiami have spotted site work commencing at the Related Group's Icon Bay, a project which Curbed Miami has had a long love/hate fascination with. Ultimately, Icon Bay will be a tall 42 floor slab of a condo tower spanning two city blocks along Biscayne Boulevard and shooting over a street. A public sculpture park (which we have previously questioned the publicness of) will be literally underneath the tower. Sounds fun.
