BBC iSite
BBC iSite is one of the core CMS applications the corporation uses. It is used to power many high profile customer facing sites, such as CBeebies, CBBC, Blogs, Radio & Music and Corporate. My role as a UX designer was to modernise a dated and inefficient outsourced framework, and help the team create a brand new application from scratch.
BeatThis
BeatThis is Community Interest Company that uses music and technology to help children, young people, adults and people with additional needs develop skills, interact and express themselves through music. I re-designed the entire website to help BeatThis better connect to their audience through a modern and fresh user interace design.
Johnston Press Property
Johnston Press property was a total re-design of an existing product. Working in partnership with Zoopla, my role of UX / UI designer was the whole process from design research and user testing to visual design and prototyping.
BBC iStats
BBC iStats is the core analytics software powering data driven decision making for the most senior management levels of the corporation. Built using data feed through from ComScore’s Dax product, iStats works as a high level aggregator of data that tells an up-to-the-minute story of web performance. Designed by an external design agency, my role as UX architect was to understand the user goals and major pain points of the existing software
