Looking to solve a specific Problem?

So we could write pages and pages about specific problems and how to solve them. We could wax on about how great we are at doing spyware removal, installing firewalls, fixing spam, updating computers, reviewing server configurations and setups, but we've decided to NOT do that.

nstead of us spending hours coming up with content and lists of problems we can help you with (which only makes you possibly waste your time reading about a bunch of things you don't really need) we'd rather just talk with you.

Yes, we are computer people who enjoy talking with people. So, if you have a specific problem you are looking to solve please call us at (919) 907-1560 or fill out the form below and we will be happy to talk with you. We feel like everyone is better served if we focus our time on solving your problem and give you the opportunity to experience working with us (as opposed to us telling you what it is like to work with us)! But, if you would like to read about solutions to some of the problems people encounter just head over to our blog where we will post articles about specific problems that many people encounter.

If you are NEW to working with us, when you contact us, let us know that you have donated money or time to a charity in your local community (you don't have to tell us what you did or what charity, we trust you) and we will give you 30 minutes of free support. No commitment, no obligation, no small print. It's our way of saying thank you for taking the time to make YOUR community a better place!

o, got a problem, give us a call at (919) 907-1560 or fill out the form below and a member of our team will get in touch with you!

Hey, thanks for giving us the opportunity to work with you on your specific issue.  Don't worry, when we talk, there won't be a big sales pitch.  We will focus on helping you solve your problem and if you decide to work with us going forward, that will be GREAT.  If for some reason you decide to not work with us, we will be sad, but at least we know we had the opportunity to help you solve a problem!
