Pope Francis reaches out to Jews

Like his predecessor, Pope Francis reached out to Rome’s Jewish community at the very start of his pontificate, pledging to continue to strengthen the increasingly close ties between Catholics and Jews.
Just hours after he was elected the first non-European pope in history, Francis sent a letter to Rome’s chief rabbi Riccardo di Segni, saying he hoped to “contribute to the progress that relations between Jews and Catholics” have seen since the 1962-1965 Second Vatican Council.
Jewish leaders welcomed the election of a pontiff seen as an ally when he was archbishop of Buenos Aires. Israeli President Shimon Peres said Francis would be a “welcome guest in the Holy Land” whileRonald Lauder, the president of the World Jewish Congress, said the new pope “always had an open ear for our concerns.”
“By choosing such an experienced man, someone who is known for his open-mindedness, the cardinals have sent an important signal to the world,” Lauder said. “I am sure that Pope Francis I will continue to be a man of dialogue, a man who is able to build bridges with other faiths.”
Cardinal Jorge Bergoglio, as he was known before he became pope, showed as Buenos Airesarchbishop an inclination to expand interfaith outreach to Islam and Judaism, and made efforts to further close the nearly 1,000-year estrangement with the Orthodox churches.
He was widely praised for his aid to Buenos Aires’ Jewish community following the 1994 bombing of a Jewish Center that killed 85 people. Iran has been blamed for the attack, but denied any links. A joint Argentine-Iranian “truth commission” is studying the evidence.
“We hope that his word and his example contribute to the achievement of harmony brotherhood and peace among all peoples,” the Italian Rabbinical Assembly said, pledging to do its part to foster dialogue between Jews and Catholics “with mutual respect for their respective identities.”
Francis’ predecessors, John Paul II and Benedict XVI, worked toward reconciliation between Catholics and Jews during their papacies.
Benedict’s first official act as pope was a letter to Rome’s Jewish community and he became the second pope in history, after John Paul, to enter a synagogue. However, he met harsh criticism when he lifted the excommunication of a bishop who turned out to be a Holocaust-denier.
Lauder said the World Jewish Congress, which represents Jewish communities in 100 countries, is convinced that Francis will “speak out against all forms of anti-Semitism both within and without the Catholic Church, that he will take action against clerics who deny or belittle the Holocaust and that he will strengthen the Vatican’s relations with Israel.”

On the one hand we have “anti-Semitism” and “the Holocaust” which must not be denied or belittled. I wonder what the Holy Father’s policy will be about false witness, and those who bear it. Perhaps bearing false witness is only a sin when directed against neighbours or brothers. An important issue here would be: do goyim qualify as neighbours for the chosen ones?
Are we goyim allowed to question the attitude of Jews toward us? Or would that also be anti-Semitic?
Will world Jewry follow the example of the Italian Rabbinical Assembly and their call for Jewish-Catholic “mutual respect for their respective identities”. Sound good?
Catholics should respect Jews as God’s Chosen People; and Jews should accord Catholic goyim the respect due to goyim.
What could be fairer than that?
On the other hand we have anti-goyism and the bearing of false witness.

It seems the new pope is in need of a review of the new testament , history and Elizabeth Dillings revelations concerning the talmud It is the jews who must repent and convert to christianity and not the other way around.

The Pope is continuing the work of the anti-Popes, defiling the memory of Jesus, and the Catholic faith. Those of us born after Vatican 2 have never had a real Pope. All we have had is a constant stream of financial, and child abuse scandals. How very Talmudic the Vatican has been in my lifetime. It does not surprise me that they care more about so-called ”anti-semitism”, than the life’s of the Catholic children that they have destroyed, and continue to. The Vatican has absolutely no problem with the Jewish led wars, the financial wars that they are waging against the poor of this world.
The Vatican openly preaches the myth of the ”chosen ones”, I walked out of the Church because of this, and will never return. They teach the doctrine that followers of Christ are second class citizens in Gods eye.

What has happened to the Vatican?!
What happened during Vatican II to make them Genuflect to
the Synagogue of Satan like they have for the last 46 years!
It just can’t be the money! Something else is going on here!
I know about the Vatican De Canonizing the children saints
ritually killed at the hands of the Jews throughout the centuries
and the take over by Jewish forces of the Vatican Bank. But there
is something even more scary at foot here!
I believe it is something to do with Universal Religious Movement.
The Jews do not want everybody to become Jews as far as religion is
concerned. So they push through organizations like the UN and
the Vatican a Universal Religious Concept. Which include the Jews
as God Chosen People as one their doctrines (or something along
those lines) in the near future!
Does anyone else have any thoughts along these lines?
Or am I just another Conspiracy Theorist?

Perhaps Francis the first will be the last roman pope after all. Now alot of people think the city of seven hill refers to Rome and it is true that there are seven hills how ever Rome is not the only city of seven hills. Jerusalem the city coveted by at least 3 religions is also a city of seven hills.
I would suggest that it will be Jerusalem that will be destroyed and afterwards it will be the jews that will be judged by god. Nothing left to fight over and the chief criminals of the world brought to justice at last. Amen!

Under whatever title as a religion or state the agenda is the same old agenda, keep women as breeders to make babies, used to be baby boys now either gender will do, so as to keep managing the population and killing off the best and brightest to eliminate any challenges while creating perpetual wars to reap perpetual profits. State and religion are now and always have been partners in maintaining the status quo. Only when the masses see this can we all remove the controllers and rebuild a peaceful world interacting with honorable trade and ethical behaviors. There will come a great cull before this is possible…ready ?

As one who walks the ‘good Red Road’ in the way of the Old Ones (Indigenous Peoples) I can say it is a spiritual way of life. We in the Native Communities have known for for generations about this coming global event which seems to have so many people up in arms; quite literally. yes it IS time.

Very good! You sounded a bit familiar! I have also read Edgar Cayce’s books, readings as well as Billy Meier (Plejaren Contact Notes), Lame Deer and Blac Elk (The Sacred Pipe). These are all very good and pointing in the same direction. Not to sound as if we;re going of on a tangent or anything. Yes we are all related. Tap’ wi shem.
