Author notification by July 17, 2015 will be sent via email from bmes2015@mirasmart.com.  Please be sure to set your server to accept emails from this address so that you receive important notifications and information.

Extended Abstracts for award consideration will be open on June 11 for upload. If submitter indicated their interest to submit an extended abstract when they submitted their general abstract they will receive an email notification to upload their extended abstract.  

Undergrads may submit in the summer undergraduate submission process. Submissions will be accepted from July 15-30 and only submissions from undergraduate presenters are eligible.

Abstracts are reviewed by the technical program committee, and notification of acceptance will be sent via email in July.

Email notification will be sent from bmes2015@mirasmart.com to the email address entered by the submitter.  Please be sure to set your email folders to accept these emails so that you do not miss any important notifications and information as all correspondence will be via this method.

Undergrads:

Undergraduates may submit in the general program submission (by April 30) as well as the summer undergraduate submission.  The later deadline for undergrads ONLY are to allow them to submit summer research.  

Summer undergrad submissions:
Opens - July 1, 2015
Deadline - August 5, 2015

Undergrads may choose to submit in one or both submission programs (general or summer).
