The model is now beyond what I call the “blocking and design” stage. That just means that up until now I’ve made sure that the overall proportions and design of the thing works well. I have also started doing some smaller detail work. I still need to refine the model, add more details and convert certain parts to subdivision surfaces, but i won’t bother spending time on that yet.
