Here are some tips & rules for using the support ticketing system:




Only post pre-sale & registration related issues. Customers with technical questions should post them in our tech support forums.

If you just placed an order, please allow up to 24 hours for it to be processed. Orders are processed during Belgian (EU time) office hours.

For questions about orders older than 24 hours, please have your order information at hand and fill in all information as detailed as possible.

To follow the status of your ticket, please check using your ‘My Account’ (e-mail address & password) login information.

Submitting duplicate tickets on the same problem does not get you an answer faster. We put those to the back of the queue
