Instructions for printing the certificates:

  1. Highlight the existing text, and replace it with your new text for each recipient.
  2. Insert the certificate in the manual feed tray of your printer, and print the certificate. (On many printers, you should insert the certificate face-down, with the text "National Rifle Association" to the left.)

(For the older versions of the certificates, use this template for List A [parchment-colored] and this template for List B [red/white/blue].)

If you have any difficulties, contact the Marksmanship Coordinator (marksmanship@nrahq.org or 703-267-1505).

Replacement Qualification Certificates

Certificates that are ruined or damaged may be replaced on a one-for-one basis for a $1.50 service charge each by returning the unusable certificates and payment (make checks or money orders payable to NRA) to the NRA, Attn: Marksmanship Coordinator, 11250 Waples Mill Road, Fairfax, VA 22030.

Replacement certificates to accommodate shooters whose certificates have been lost or destroyed will not be provided by the NRA unless purchased as a component of the Skill Rating Packet or the Certificate itself by contacting the Programs Materials Center at 1-800-336-7402 or logging onto the Program Materials Center website.

It is recommended that shooters safeguard their certificates.
