One day is all it takes!
Western Fall Welcome is the perfect way for future Western students to learn all about Viking life. Spend a Saturday with us and explore Western's campus and residence halls, meet with current Western students, professors and our Admissions Team, and gain insight into the admissions process.
Our next Western Fall Welcome event will take place in late October of 2016. More information will be available soon, and we look forward to seeing you there!

We ordered the sun, but please be sure to check the actual Bellingham weather forecast before you visit. We recommend layered clothing, a rain jacket or umbrella and comfortable shoes.
Also, bring a water bottle. Western recently joined 50 other colleges in becoming a bottled water free campus. This student-led initiative supports one of Western’s core values of environmental sustainability. Guests can purchase cups of water at any of our eateries on campus, as well as bring their own reusable water bottle to fill at water fountains or hydration stations.
Don't forget your friends, family, and energy!
Parking is free for Western Fall Welcome. The most convenient parking lots to use will be the gravel C or 12A lots on the south end of campus. You can find driving directions on our website, and another helpful tool is this campus map.
While you are in town, check out places to stay and eat and other activities in the Bellingham area.
If you need overnight accommodations, space is limited and we recommend booking a hotel reservation in advance.
For accessible parking and campus route information click here or ask our student volunteers when you arrive.
Campus tours are barrier-free.
Dining halls and campus markets offer vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free menu options.
