Accessibility

Bath Festivals produces the Bath International Music Festival, Bath Literature Festival and Bath Children’s Literature Festival. We warmly welcome visitors with disabilities to Bath Festivals events. This statement is designed to assist customers who may have special access needs plan their visit.

To receive a copy of any of our Festival brochures call Bath Box Office on (01225) 463362 or email boxoffice@bathfestivals.org.uk. A large print version of each brochure is available on request.

How to Book
• By telephone (01225) 463362. We do not have minicom or textphone.
• Online on this website
• By post to Bath Box Office,
Bath Visitor Information Centre
Abbey Chambers, Abbey Churchyard
Bath  BA1 1LY.
Cheques should be made payable to Bath Box Office.
• In person at Bath Box Office (address above). There is level access into the Box Office via the side entrance (left, near the Abbey) of the building.
• Please advise the box office of your requirements when making a booking.
• For disabled people who need to bring a personal assistant we offer one free ticket per event.

Visiting a Festival
• Our Front of House team is staffed by volunteers who have received customer service training and are knowledgeable about our event venues.
• If you require a British Sign Language interpreter at an event please enquire at Bath Box Office and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
• Registered assistance dogs are admitted to Festival venues and we can look after your dog during the event if you require.

Information on Festival Venues
Please find the Festival Map for the 2014 Telegraph Bath Children’s Literature Festival here. This information is based on details given to Bath Festivals by the venue owner in good faith. All Festival events take place in properties hired by Bath Festivals. We regularly check and update Festival venue information, but strongly advise customers to contact the venue directly should they have specific access requirements.
