Don't Take Our Word For It.

"Thanks to Lafayette, my daughter has been able to compete with Ivy League students for coveted summer internships. She interned one summer at Goldman Sachs in NYC and another summer at Google at its headquarters in Mountain View, California." – Jill Tanenbaum, Classes of 2012 and 2015 parent

"Lafayette graduates have been great hires. They are prepared emotionally and functionally and contribute very quickly. Many have advanced rapidly in the organization. They have higher natural curiosity and energy than many of their peers. We continue to intern students during the summer—and hire several upon graduation." – Douglas M. Burcin, Global CEO, Havas Health

"As a television producer, I'm always fielding various creative challenges. Lafayette definitely prepared me for this type of professional environment, particularly through its small class sizes and hands-on professors. Your professors knew your name. They asked you to engage in class discussion, and expected you to voice your own unique perspective. That's great preparation for any field where you need to bring something new to the table each day." - Jen Gsell '04, producer, MTV's "Made"

What else are people saying?spacer

"The Lafayette alumni network is incredible. One summer, my daughter was a paid intern for an alumnus in Washington, D.C. Subsequently, she gave her resume to a Lafayette parent who was able to arrange an internship with a judge in the Youthful Offender Part in Manhattan Supreme Court. She currently attends NYU Law." – Celeste Murphy, Class of 2012 parent

"Lafayette graduates enter the workforce with a broad worldview that enables them to interpret and respond to the broad array of challenges faced by global institutions such as ours today. We are looking for students who can communicate effectively across broad audiences, while being well-versed in their field of study. The College prepares the students we need not only to be successful in their field of study, but to be good corporate citizens who can contribute more broadly to the communities in which we operate. Lafayette graduates are among our most senior leaders today." – Dave Taschler, risk, compliance, & business continuity planning manager, Air Products & Chemicals, Inc.

"There is something about Lafayette’s environment that nurtures and fortifies students to a point that when they are released from the Hill they are ready to explode into the real world" – Eric Von Arx III '87, professonal artist
