During the first meeting that takes place in The Offsite, Abby, one of the facilitators asks her audience, “Do you ever wake up in the morning and wonder if today is the day someone will discover you are an imposter?” She then tells them that most people, including herself, feel that way from time to time. No one always knows completely what they’re doing—we’re all learning and practicing every day.
