Prospective student?

I chose Stanford for the small size of its graduate program. Our graduate students get to know each other very well, very quickly, and there's a real warmth that I've always felt in the graduate community.  We know each other's professional interests and personal quirks; it's a really supportive environment in which to spend this often-challenging time.

— Allen Frost, 2008 Ph.D. Cohort
