The most hated sounds in the world
According to onlineclock.net, an online alarm clock service, some of the sounds that people like the most are the sound of flowing water, thunder, applause and laughing babies. This is not surprising, as those sounds are somewhat native to humans, they symbolise nature and appreciation.
But what are the sounds people hate the most? Is this the sound of a dental drill (which I don’t like), or maybe it’s the scream of a breeding fox in your garden? Watch this video to find out (or check out this infographic).

The surroundings of famous landscapes aren’t exactly what you were expecting (18 pictures)
Famous landmarks like Stonehenge, The Giza Pyramids or The Taj Mahal look surprisingly different than you might have expected if you just zoom out a bit, but most people just know them from the classic pictures that are allover the Internet. But the Great Pyramids of Giza, are actually adjacent to a sprawling city, the magnificent Niagara Falls are surrounded by hotels and casinos and the exotic and glorious Taj Mahal has a neighbouring dump as a landscape. Mount Rushmore is still pretty badass though.
