Requirements for Production

• Do not unplug ice machine, or any other machines that make noise.
• If you use a glass, wash it.
• If you move furniture; put it back.
• If you put a gel on it, take it down and remove all tape/residue
• **NO outside food or drink (except Sweetleaf)**
• **This goes for everyone participating in the shoot including talent/crew/audience filler, etc.**
• All areas of the property not specifically included in this agreement are off-limits to all cast and crew.
• Locations are to be kept continually free of trash, litter, etc., and are to be maintained in a safe manner. Cables, dolly track, and other potential hazards are to be shielded.
• Floors and walkways will be protected from excessive dirt or water. Landscaped areas are to be undisturbed unless otherwise agreed.
• Third-party Releases: no filming or photography of staff, customers, comedians, or anyone will be done without specific written releases from such persons.
• Film crews are responsible for all damages that occur during the use of the location, and must pay for any repairs deemed necessary by The Creek & The Cave
• Activities, areas of use, dates and times of filming, will not be modified without express written approval of the owner.
• Clean up or restore the location immediately after usage to the same condition provided prior to its use. Costs will be assessed for clean up by C&C if deemed unsatisfactory.
