The Bloggers

iPhonefreak is a team of iPhone lovers.

Stephane Dion – Executive editor

spacer From 1999 to 2006, Stéphane Dion worked internationally, in the management, aggregation and distribution of media information as Vice-president, Technologies and Operations for CEDROM-SNI. This professional environment provided him with a unique opportunity to develop an exceptional mastery of both the Internet and the blogosphere.

A passionate technology, music and cinema buff, he decided at the beginning of 2006 to organize his expertise and knowledge in a way that could be useful to organizations and he founded YulMedia Interactions, simultaneously launching several blogs on trend-setting topics. Some of these blogs enjoy significant success on a world-wide basis.

A graduate in electronic engineering from École Polytechnique de Montréal, Stéphane worked for several years (before joining CEDROM-SNI) as a director and project manager for a large wireless telecommunications firm, which led him to assignments in several countries including Brazil, the Czech Republic and France. He was also a co founder of Domoscience, a company specializing in home automation, which he managed for several years.

Robert Nelson can be described as a technology blogger, web/Internet entrepreneur, new media junkie, all around geek, endurance athlete, proud husband and father. However in terms technology, Robert has long been in love with all things tech and turned his passion and hobby into a professional writing career a little more than three years ago and has not looked back since. Basically, he is “that guy” who is always ready and willing to talk tech with anyone that will listen.

Andy Boxall

Andy is a British writer with a healthy obsession about mobile technology, something which came from selling analogue handsets way back when they weighed the same as a puppy and cost the same as a really good monthly salary! Initially a Motorola devotee, he eventually succumbed to the house of HTC, but after being converted from Windows to Mac OS X, it was a natural step to switch from WinMo 6.1 to the iPhone 3G, a move he has not looked back on.

Andy lives in a remote, sunny hideaway somewhere in Europe and is a regular contributor to several tech-based blogs as well as writing about travel, cinema and automotive subjects in both print and online.
