THIS MONTHS GUEST NEAT FLEET MEMBER: JENN CHOI

As Director of Customer Engagement at The Neat Company, Jenn Choi has been working closely with the Neat customer base for nearly six years. Whether it’s helping people learn how to get the most out of their software and scanner, creating support content, or leading usability sessions and beta testing efforts, Jenn has always stayed focused on her true passion – helping the Neat customer. Her #1 goal is to improve and enhance the customer experience and by working closely with the Neat community, she's been able to represent the voice of the customer internally at Neat.
 
The results of being customer-focused can be seen in the November release of Neat 5 software for PC, which introduces a completely redesigned interface that is simpler and more intuitive, and a new set of features and enhancements – all based on customer feedback. Jenn has played an active role in the development of Neat 5, and looks forward to helping customers get better organized and reduce the paper clutter in their lives with Neat’s latest hardware and software solution.
