With call recording you can record your incoming and outgoing calls with just the touch of a button. What's more, you can access audio files of your conversations in your email inbox or the eVoice Message Center for easy review.

Once call recording is enabled on your account you can immediately begin using the service. There are no limits on the length of a recorded call, or the number of recorded calls, and audio files are available for 30 days in the message center but may be downloaded to your computer for long-term storage. Simply press *2 during any call to start or stop recording. A pre-recorded message informs callers that the call is being recorded. The conversation is then saved as an .mp3 or .wav file for easy reference at a later date.
