Crap free? What does that even mean?
I only use ingredients I know are safe. They're natural, frequently organic or wildcrafted. They're the highest grade. And I test all of my products thoroughly -- on myself -- before I put anything new into the shop. 'Natural' is where I start, but I continue with research into each ingredient's safety, effectiveness, and environmental impact. And I only pick the absolute best.
