Smells exclusively of raspberries. Taste follows the nose perfectly; raspberries with a hint of maltiness. A hugely raspberry, tarty aroma with a murder scene for an appearance, completely bloody with a fuchsia head and gorgeous lacing. The palate was frothy and full, and the sour raspberry taste explosion faded to a sweet aftertaste. Quintessential Framboise taste, very complex, tart, a bit sour and more sweet than most Lambic variates. Some people mix it with a bit of unfiltered wheat beer to tone it down. Serve it with fresh or dried fruit or with a fruity desert.
