Barbecue Chicken Bean Dip

This is a great recipe to have around. It is easy, doesn’t take a lot of time to make, and most important, it is delicious! It’s great to have out during bbq’s or parties for your guests to munch on. It can be served warm or cold, either way you won’t be able to resist this dip.
Ingredients:
- 1 boneless, skinless chicken breast seasoned with freshly ground black pepper, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes
- 2 cans bush’s pinto beans (undrained)
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 c. spicy (not sweet) BBQ sauce of your choice
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tspn cayenne pepper
- 1/2 c. minced red onion
- 1 tspn liquid smoke
- tortilla chips to dip
Directions:
- Cook seasoned chicken breast thoroughly and let sit for 5-10 minutes and mince
- Cook beans over stove until soft
- Mash beans with potato masher
- Add minced chicken, garlic, BBQ sauce, chili powder, cayenne pepper, red onion, and liquid smoke to beans
- Mix well and serve with tortilla chips
- Enjoy!
