WSNblog.com is an independent blog about wireless sensor networks. Unassociated with any business or marketing organization, it covers a new WSN products, books, conferences, papers and job offers. Our Twitter page is here.

WSNblog began in 2006 and was co-founded by Marco Zennaro and Claro Noda. Our first post was on May 22, 2006.

All content on WSNblog reflects the authors’ understanding of the issues and is not altered in any way by outside commercial interests (no paid posting or product mentions). We have no investments in any WSN company and do not sell or trade any information about our readers to direct marketers.

spacer Marco is a researcher at the Abdus Salam International Centre for Theoretical Phyics, where he is involved in ICT4D projects. He holds a PhD from the the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) in Stockholm, Sweden, where he investigated applications of Wireless Sensor Networks in Developing Countries.

 

spacer Claro Noda is a researcher at CISTER/ISEP and MAPT-Tele PhD Student at University of Minho, Portugal. He’s also part of the “Henri Poincaré” Complex Systems Group. Previously, he worked at University of Havana, Cuba.





spacer Muneeb Ali is a PhD student at Princeton University, NJ. He is also involved with the Dritte initiative. Previously, he worked at TU Delft, the Netherlands. He was a visiting researcher at Stanford University in summer 2007.

 

 

spacer Antonio Ruzzelli is a principal investigator at the School of Computer Science and Informatics, University College Dublin and a research fellow in the Clarity Centre for Sensor and Web technologies. Previous affiliations include Philips research in Eindhoven, University of Twente and University of Ferrara (Italy).

 

 

spacer Weiwei Fang is a postdoctoral researcher at Beijing Jiaotong University. He received the PhD degree at Sino-German Joint Software Institute, Beihang University, in 2010. He was a visiting researcher at Fraunhofer HHI German-Sino Lab for Mobile Communications (MCI), TU Berlin, in autumn 2006.
