About

About Just Crafty Enough - We love to craft whether it’s knitting, quilting, cooking, or papercrafts and we love sharing those crafts with each other. Since we live halfway across the States from each other, Just Crafty Enough is our digital crafty get-together that we want to invite crafters all over the world to join. Here we share projects with step-by-steps on how to do them, free patterns, fun party ideas and favorite things from around the web. From time to time we’ll all work on a project at the same time, something we like to call a Social. We also flex our crafty chops with the Iron Craft and Project Project Runway Challenges.

About Project Project Runway - We are very into the fashion design show Project Runway. Ok, we’re addicted to it. After 7 seasons of watching, we decided it was time to flex our own design chops and Project Project Runway was born. Each week, we create designs based on the challenge from the show that week, but our models are dolls.

About Iron Craft – A new craft challenge every other week. Projects may be very specific or just based on a theme or crafting supply. Every other Tuesday the results of the challenge are revealed.

spacer About Kathy – Kathy spent most of her professional life in the music business, but was always doing something crafty on the side, knitting, sewing, embroidering… Her latest crafty obsession is quilting. She is inspired by the Scandinavian style so popular in Minneapolis and by all the beautiful things she sees in traveling with her husband, Matt. Her crafts have been featured in Better Homes and Gardens Holiday Crafts and at the Manchester Science Festival.  Kathy can also be found on her food blog A Good Appetite, Flickr and Pinterest.

spacer About Susi -Susi is currently a stay at home mom who is rarely at home. She buys lottery tickets periodically. And calculates how many trips to Paris and London will come out of the winnings. During the wee hours when she should be sleeping, or cooking or cleaning, she can often be found crafting. Her Mom taught the Brownies to knit in the 3rd grade. This year she would like to learn how to embroider better, and work on something in the realm of crochet. And possibly work with googlie eyes in some meaningful way. Her musings can be found on her blog Craftroom and a little window into her days can be seen in her 365 project(s) in Flickr. See all the things she loves on Pinterest.
