Green or Black Tea? We Have You Covered!
It has been an ongoing debate on whether green tea is healthier for you than black tea. If you have ever been to the United Kingdom, you’ll see most tea drinkers prefer to drink black tea rather than green tea. Now there may be good news for all you black tea lovers, an article entitled, “Why an ordinary cuppa has the same health benefits as green tea,” talks about a new study that indicates black tea is just as healthy as green tea. The study emphasizes that there are similar health improvements in people who drink either black or green teas. What are your thoughts on this?

Bring the Peach to the Beach? XINGtea is Perfect for Any Hot Summer Day
One of our most popular iced tea flavors at XINGtea is our special peach blend. In fact, iced tea is so popular in the United States, that a special spoon was created for flatware sets to stir sugar into the tall glasses of tea. It is truly an all-American summer drink and 85 percent of the tea consumed in the U.S. is iced. As the temperature rises, XINGtea’s Green Tea with Peach flavor is the perfect refreshment on its own or as a complement to any of your iced tea recipes.

How Do You Take Your Tea?
When it comes to tea, opinions and preferences are as varied, and as passionate, as the drinkers themselves. Some prefer to add sugar or cream. Some are big on lemon, others not so much. Then there are the herbal vs. black leaf camps.
But, whether you prefer black or green tea, honey or lemon, perhaps one of the biggest debates in the tea world is iced vs. hot. This seems to be particularly pronounced on this side of the pond as iced tea seems to be a uniquely American phenomenon – have you ever tried to order an iced tea in Europe?

Spring Has Sprung!
Time to ditch the thermos full of hot cocoa and load up the cooler with something refreshing. XINGtea has some suggestions.
It’s finally spring! Now it is time to emerge from the mountains of coats and sweaters, put down the hot cocoa, step outside and take a deep breath. As much as we enjoy the white of winter, it is nice to see the sun, throw on a pair of flip-flops and lounge in the park.

Differences in Popular Tea Types
Did you know that all tea comes from the tea bush, Camellia sinensis? So how then do you get different types of tea when it all comes from the same plant? It is all in the way the tea leaves are processed after being harvested that makes the distinct flavors that we all enjoy.
