Your health profile
spacer

A health profile is a snapshot of your current health and lifestyle.

You can use it to check your current health, but you can also use it to check improvements in your health over time. Plan improvements in your lifestyle and come back and do a health profile every 6 weeks.

You can choose between 2 types of health profiles:

1. Basic health profile This profile only requires you to type in data you already know (or are guessing). You don't have to do any practical measurements.
2. Advanced health profile Here you have to do practical measurements on yourself. None of it takes any special equipment and you get full instructions on this page.
Retrieve a previously saved profile If you have completed one or more profiles previously, you can retrieve them here.
Retrieve a previously saved profile In order to retrieve a previously saved profile, you have to log in.
