No chance making contact with aliens

In the recent BBC series, the renowned astrophysicist Stephen Hawking warns over making contact with aliens. But I believed that we have no chance making contact with aliens.

Aliens

If we believe in that the life is the product of nature laws, there should be millions of stars existing life. Some of them may have much higher civilization and technology than us as our civilization is just starting. We should see these aliens visiting us. What prevents these higher civilization aliens finding us? The only answer is the Physics law.

As we know, the light speed is the maximum speed of Universe. The alien spaceships may take thousands of years to reach us. But there may be no enough energy for a spaceship to travel thousands of years to cross so many stars with the speed of light.

If those smart aliens can not reach us, how can we break technology barrier to contact them?

Scientist saying that they are trying to find life on other planets and they follow the water to find life, of course there is life out there and if you want my opinion on this , well i think we are being visited by extra -dimensional beings ( aliens ).
