Why doesn't my event show up on the site?
If you've submitted an event your entry has been placed in our queue and you have received an automatically generated email from This email requires your action to approve the event. Once you approve your event it will appear on the site.
How do I make change/update or delete my event?
After you submit an event, you will receive a “Post/Edit/Delete” email from . Refer to the links in the email to perform any of these actions.
I deleted my "Approve/Edit/Delete" email. What do I do?
Email with the name of your event in the subject line. In the body of the email include detailed information on your changes/updates or specify if you would like your event deleted.
What do keywords do?
Keywords are extra details that help users find your event. It adds extra search terms and common names people might look for while searching for an event. They're also clickable from many different pages within the site and will help lead people to your event.
My event falls under a few different categories. What should I do?
Pick the most relevant category to your event. There are other ways to help people find your event. Make sure you write a good description and fill out the keywords to allow for extra criteria to search by. The more info you fill in, the more people will find your events!
