Curvy Girl Fashion Friday – Week 12

10 Feb posted by PdxJenn

3 Months of the Curvy Girl posts already? Wow. I have really enjoyed this regular series and those of you that have joined in, commented, and been inspired to try something new are the reason I keep it up!

This week I got a couple cheap dresses at Old Navy and really loved having something new to wear.

Dress is new, belt, boots, and cardigan old…

I’m pretty much in love with this dress. it fits so well and of course we all know of my obsession with stripes.

This was my bachelorette party look for Sat night. I love this top from Gap, but decided it needed to be belted, because it’s not very flattering with no shape to it. I think this look was better in person, cause I got loads of compliments, but am not in love with it in pictures.

Stripes… again!

Stepped out of my comfort zone with this short sleeve business. I hate my arms. Like. A lot.

1. I started my blog because… I was documenting my pregnancy.

2. One thing I love seeing on other blogs… Are good recipes and real lives. No holds barred.

3. Something I love about blogging… Is meeting new friends virtually and in real life.

4. A favorite blog post of mine is… my post bout the Run Like a Mother 5k last year. big lessons learned on that one.

5. Something my friends in real life know about me that I’ve never before mentioned is… Wow, not sure I have held anything back! Pretty proud of that!

6. My new favorite blogs to read are…personal blogs from pro photogs. All time fav is Bobbi and Mike

7. Some things I tend to avoid doing on my blog are… Giveaways! It’s gotta be something pretty damn great to gain space in my content section.

Happy Friday!

Dialogue from Hubs and I last night in bed… Me “Oh honey I didn’t know this could get so long” Hubs “Just do it quickly, the anticipation is killing me” It’s not what you think. I crawled into bed and leaned over to kiss him and saw the longest stray eyebrow hair ever. Out came [...]

I can write about wanting to start working out again. I can talk about it. I can wish the motivation to appear. None of it does a damn bit of good though. What have I been waiting for? That day when I wake up and wanna change. Wanna feel better. Wanna stop being the fattest [...]
