I’m a 30 something stay at home mom to my daughter Reno (8.31.2007) and son Miles (5.27.2011). I’m married to my long time love Peter whom I’ve been with since we were 18 years old. Most of you know me from my first site B36 Kitchen. I moved to my own domain simply because I wanted to.

I graduated from the Natural Gourmet Culinary Institute in 2002 and have worked at various organic, vegetarian, vegan and raw restaurants and caterers in New York City. I’ve done everything possible in a restaurant from: line cook, prep cook, pastry chef, caterer, front of house, etc..etc.

I left field in 2007 just before giving birth to my daughter Reno and have been a stay-at-home mom ever since.

Now I spend my days at the playground, food shopping, Target, knitting, eating big chunks of freshly made seitan, reading, tricking Reno into thinking her favorite dog friends are outside our living room window to keep her from doing whatever bad thing she was doing, Hip Hop classes, Yoga, and most importantly cooking delicious vegan foods for my little family. All of which will be documented on this here site.
