Heartbeat House is a neighborhood studio in Atwater Village, California.

Heartbeat House is a non-competitive dance/workout/fitness studio.

Heartbeat House is an eclectic mix of ethnic, mainstream, traditional and non-traditional dance class offerings.

Heartbeat House is home for people of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds looking for creative self-expression and to achieve physical fitness through the joy of dance. We welcome beginners and challenge advanced students.

Heartbeat House invites you to explore the rhythms and fundamental moves of various dance styles to your favorite music and release the dancer within you.

Heartbeat House features highly qualified instructors, program flexibility, pleasant and inclusive group ambience, and, above all, a sense of fun.

General Information
Sign-In

If you are a new member at Heartbeat House; please arrive 15 minutes early to fill out registration/release form, to check in and/or change with plenty of time. You may not begin class without having completed the registration form and payment for the class.

Being On Time
Classes begin promptly at the scheduled hour. Please make an effort to arrive early. Students are welcome to join into the class up to 15 minutes late, however, skipping the warm up not only disturbs the class but increases the risk of injury and is not recommended.

Class Packages
All sales are final. No refunds. Class packages are non-transferable and can not be shared.

Parking
Plenty of metered parking on the street: $1 for one hour.  Heartbeat House will provide you with change if available.  Free parking after 8 pm. There is plenty of side street parking also as well as free parking lots behind stores across street.

Schedule Changes
Schedule is subject to change.

Towels and bottled water
Small towels are available free of charge- please return them before you leave. We can also refill your water bottle for 50 cents.

Lost and Found
Lost and found items are located in a basket in the back near the exercise balls. The basket is cleaned out the first Friday of the month.

Feel free to leave your personal items in the cubbyholes. However, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen personal items.
