February 18th, 2012 The Queen's Castle Truthfully, I couldn’t even bring myself to post anything this week in honor and memory of the woman who had a very strong influence on my appreciation of music.
It’s impossible to recount the number of times I’ve belted The Greatest Love of All or any of Whitney Houston’s songs at the top of my lungs in private and public for family, friends or at school as well as other community functions.
I am absolutely devastated at the loss of Whitney Houston. Today, we celebrate her life and accomplishments with her family, friends and fans from across the world.
May we all find comfort in knowing that Whitney rests in the arms of God and we were blessed to have a spirit so powerful, it influenced the lives of others from a distance.
May you forever rest in peace Beloved!

Melanie Fiona Drops “The MF Life” Artwork, Track List and Release Date!
February 10th, 2012 The Queen's Castle It’s been a while since the BET Music Matters tour stopped in Nashville and The Queen’s Castle spoke to Melanie Fiona about her sophomore release, The MF Life.
For her fans it has been a long wait for the effort to drop, especially since singles like 4AM as well as her collab with Cee Lo, Fool For You, have been received so well.
The wait is over, in addition to sharing the album artwork for her album, Fiona also announced that it will release on March 27, pushed up from a May release date.
