Renown Italian designer Nunzio Da Via, created Amerikano, the first design hotel in Odessa, Ukraine. Incorporating technology and art, and using the finest materials, Nunzio designed the Amerikano to provide a unique experience of comfort and elegance.

Our logo is derived from the union of the Italian and American spirits which is the basis of our company. A European approach to design and American standard of customer service, were combined to create the brand with a goal of providing an outstanding experience for our clientele.

ApartHotel Amerikano reflects a minimalist aesthetic that is both intimate and luxurious. Each residence has an individual character and was designed as one cohesive space where you can eat, rest and sleep.
