Hi! My name is Debbie (aka DorkyDeb) and I am the author of this blog.

Random bits about me:

• I am a wife.
• I am a mother.
• I have 3 young children.
• I have 2 adult step-daughters and a one-year-old grandson.
• My husband is a Veteran.
• We are a homeschooling family.
• I have a physical disability, but it doesn’t have me.
• I love nature.
• I love animals.
• I love photography.
• My favorite colors are blue & grey.
• I avoid wearing socks and/or shoes around the house whenever possible.
• I’m a bit of a dork.  (Ok, more than a bit.)
• I like math and science.
• I love art.
• I like music.
• I love to read.
• My two favorite movies are Temple Grandin and The Princess Bride.
• I love the poetry of Emily Dickinson.
• And I absolutely hate writing “About Me’s”.  So that’s all I’ve got for the moment.
