Adriana Marie Co. was founded with the principles of giving back as its foundation. Inspired by the designers life lessons and experiences, she took that and turned them into an empowering and positive way of reaching out to people. This is the purpose behind the brand; creating a positive lifestyle using the messages on our garments as our vehicle to inspire and empower.
AMco was founded in the designers small Upper East Side New York City apartment. After growing up on the beaches of South Florida for most of her life, she had big city dreams of becoming a fashion designer. In 2008 she moved to New York and in 2009 Adriana Marie Co was born. Since then, several people have come on board to help make a difference and believe in our philosophy that Fashion should have a Purpose!
The foundation of AMco., since its inception, is built on a platform of giving back to society and individuals alike. Each collection sold, we devote a portion to a grassroots charitable organization, Dresses for Haiti. “It is very important that as individuals we give back in any way we can. I decided to raise awareness with this organization because of their dedication, persistence, and undying hard work to make this cause known in our community. We construct dresses, hold fashion shows and participate in events to build awareness for the rights of women and children of Haiti.”
We take enormous pride in the fact that our brand is manufactured completely in the USA. By no means has the road been easy, but it has been worth all the struggles.
