Taraji has been nominated for two NAACP AWARDS this year which are Outstanding Actress in a Television Movie for her role in the lifetime movie Taken From Me: The Tiffany Ruben Story, she is also nominated for Outstanding Actress in a Drama Series for her role as Detective Carter in the CBS show Person Of Interest.

I hope that our girl bring home some roles, I’d definitely love to see her win both awards :)

I know that I am extremely late but, Person Of Interest has won a people’s choice award for Favorite New Tv Drama. I am extremely happy that the show has won, it brings Joy to me because the show is extremely good. Check out a message from the cast below.

With BET’s second Annual Black Girls Rock awards just around the corner, I have learned that Taraji is being honored, alongside other great Black Women such as; political activist and author Angela Davis; gospel singer Shirley Caesar; actress and singer Tatyana Ali; President of WNBA and former Girl Scouts USA executive Laurel J. Richie; and The Rebecca Project for Human Rights co-founders Imani Walker and Malika Saada Saar.

I am looking foward to watching this years, Black Girls Rock Awards. Also i would like to say, Congratulations to Taraji on being honored….LOVE YOU :)
