Caps from last night. I realized that everyone is a liar in that show. Maybe except Andrew, but if Siobhan is telling the truth, even he is hiding something about the company. Here are caps

Sarah Michelle Gellar: Charlotte Thinks My Job is Getting My Hair & Makeup Done

spacer As the star of Ringer, Sarah Michelle Gellar‘s workday often involves long hours on the set, but don’t bother explaining that to her daughter Charlotte Grace, who thinks mom’s career is far more glamorous.

“She totally knows what my job is. My job is to get my hair and makeup done,” the actress tells PEOPLE of her 2-year-old, who frequently visits her while she films the show.

“[She thinks my job is] to go in the hair and makeup trailer.”

While the little one is not allowed to watch scenes from the decidedly adult drama, Charlotte has found a home base on set, often joining costar Ioan Gruffudd‘s daughter Ella on playdates.

“Pottery Barn actually came to our set and did a playroom for all of the kids,” says Gellar, 34. “We have a place where they can come and be a part of it, so [the parents are] not missing out.”

Her fondness for the brand is also what led the actress to partner with them for an Operation Shower event on Wednesday in L.A. The baby shower, which was sponsored by Carousel Designs, provided 40 military spouses and moms-to-be with the necessary products expectant mothers need.

“I was telling my daughter before I left today — I said, ‘Mommy is going to go to a baby shower for people who don’t have other family here and don’t have everything they need,’” Geller explains. “She said, ‘I want to give them something!’ It’s just so cute for her to understand what I was doing; it was important to me. She wanted to donate a stuffed animal.”

Though she’s been able to seamlessly juggle such events, shooting and spending time with her daughter up until this point, Gellar calls finding the balance an ongoing challenge.

“It’s a learning curve, it’s definitely a learning process,” she says. “My hat goes off to anyone that juggles all of it because it’s very hard. You always feel like there’s a part of you that’s not giving enough to one, whether it’s work or your family or your charitable donations.”

Freddie Prinze Jr. “Loves” Being a Stay-At-Home Dad

Freddie Prinze Jr. is getting plenty of daddy-daughter time now that wife Sarah Michelle Gellar is busy shooting The CW’s Ringer.

“He loves it. We fight over who gets to stay home,” Gellar told Us Weekly Wednesday of her stay-at-home husband. “You’d think it would be the opposite, that the parents would be like, ‘No, I’ll go to work!’ but he’s like, ‘You stayed home for two years! It’s my turn!’”

“He and Charlotte have too much fun,” added Gellar, who was lending her support to military moms through Operation Shower with Pottery Barn Kids in Pacific Palisades, Calif. “I’m jealous!”

The 34-year-old actress admitted that it can “be really difficult” balancing her career with motherhood. “It’s hard to see Charlotte’s little face when you say you have to go to work. It’s sad!” Gellar, who gave birth in September 2009, told Us. “But you make time for everything. You work it out.”

Wednesday’s event gave Gellar an opportunity to meet expectant wives of military men who may be deployed or are about to be deployed; Pottery Barn Kids surprised each of the attendees with brand new cribs and Carousel Designs supplied them with bedding.

“You stand next to these women and you realize how much they have to sacrifice,” Gellar realized. “It’s hard enough to have your partner, your spouse, go to work every day, but can you imagine? They don’t know if they’ll even come home or what condition they’ll be in. And they’re sacrificing all this for us.”

Gellar said her little girl was inspired to help out, too. “She wanted to donate this morning! I explained what I was doing and she said, ‘I’m going to give them a stuffed animal!’” the actress told Us. “For a two-and-a-half-year-old to give up a stuffed animal, that is a big deal!”
