What We Do
A unique range of chilled, frozen and ambient food for restaurants, caterers, delicatessens, traditional butchers and van sale distributors in London and throughout South East England.
Regular national deliveries for mixed pallet drops is through out specialist multi-temperature distribution partners Kestrel.
Our processing and distribution centre is at Kings Cross, and includes a BRC and EU accredited catering butchers – and probably the largest cold store in central London.
Products
Product ranges include catering butchery; specialist cheeses from the British Isles and the continent; delicatessen products; traditional English and Danish bacon; premium frozen ingredients; prepared frozen products for caterers; ambient ingredients.
Our own signature products are Hensons Famous Salt Beef and Hensons Angus Burgers. These are top quality restaurant products made using the best ingredients on the market to carefully controlled recipes that ensure consistent taste and texture.
Once stop service
Our one stop service starts when our customers place their order – all our products can be ordered together, either by phone, email or on-line. Orders are prepared and collated by dedicated personnel such as our butchers and cheesemen, and all are delivered to you together the following morning in our multi-temperature vehicles, with just one piece of paperwork to process.
Peace of mind
For your peace of mind we have full traceability of products, our staff are highly trained in HACCP procedures and we have regular internal and external audits to ensure the highest standards.
We have an ongoing programme to minimise the impact of our operations on the environment around us and we aim to achieve ISO14401 in the coming twelve months.
