The highlight was PPArnold's solo WOW it was amazing!
Perfect Sense Parts 1 and 2 (The song of the night for me!)
BOSTON
And the three backing vocalists -- Katie Kissoon, PP Arnold, and Carol Kenyon are deservedly well-known singers in their own right.
Fabulous job by everyone in the band, but special kudos to the ladies. As always they knocked me out with their power, passion and great F***kin pipes! Damn they are fantastic.
"Perfect Sense" and "Leaving Beirut" were played brilliantly, sung brilliantly and met with cheers
great vocals from PP Arnold as usual.
NEW JERSEY

Pat is a Soul survivor who has made many contributions to the music industry over the last 40 years. Due to the exposure she has received as a vocalist in the Roger Waters band and her own faith, will power and determination she is once again emerging as a solo artist. Hopefully the many new projects she is involved with will finally get her the recognition she so richly deserves.

PP joined the Ikettes in September 1964, when the current threesome quit together. Their current single was 'I'm So Thankful' on Modern Records which was still chart-climbing and was promoted by Pat singing the lead part on live shows, giving way to later rumours that it was she who sang on the record. |

While in the States she appeared in several TV drama series such as Quincy, Knots Landing, Fame, St. Elsewhere, Father Murphy and American bandstand with John Mellencamp. It was Christmas 1982 that Pat returned to England and the first project she was involved with was with David Hines and Steel Pulse on their Earth Crisis album. In 1984 Pat returned to the theatre playing the part of Belle the sleeping car in the original cast of the Lloyd Webber musical Starlight Express. The show was and still is, sixteen years later, a smash success.

With another great band behind her she supported Eric Clapton on his early 70's tour with Delaney, Bonnie and friends with George Harrison and Billy Preston and hit the road again in England and Germany. After the tour Eric produced some great super-sessions for Pat on Polydor records, but the tracks were never released. Her next career phase was to be stage work and in 1970 she appeared alongside PJ Proby in the pioneering rock musical, Catch My Soul, produced by Jack Good.

Her dad had said that she'd made her bed hard and she would have to lie in it and she was doing just that. On one of these domestic Sunday mornings, Pat woke early and prayed hard that God would send her a way out of the hell t hat she had created for herself. Her prayer was answered sooner than she had expected when she received a phone call out of the blue from one of her brother's ex-girlfriends, Maxine Smith.
